🔮Quest Steps

Wonderverse offers a robust set of Quest steps to guide & enrich your community's experience.

Under the Quest tab in the Admin view, you'll find the listed quests. Navigate to the New Quest page to view the Quest Steps.

Once in the New Quest module you will see the "Add new block" bar. Click the + button. This will create the first step of the new quest.

When developing a quest, there is a maximum of 50 steps. Each block represents a step in the quest.

Types of Quest Steps

The quest steps are preset to the Text type. To change the type, click the purple box and a drop down will appear with the options.

Text

This step asks the community to answer a question/prompt with text.

Multiple Choice

This step asks the community to answer a multiple choice question/prompt. The step can be set to multi-select or single-select. Multi-select allows the community to select many answers. Single-select allows the community to select one answer only.

The admin may toggle correct answers on or off. When toggled on, a box will appear next to each answer that allows the admin to choose a single or multiple correct answers.

Number

This step asks the community to respond to a question/prompt with a numerical value.

Attachments

This step asks the community to upload an attachment based on the question/prompt the admin creates.

Reply to a tweet

This step asks the community reply to a tweet. The admin must add the link to the tweet. The bot verifies when the community members has replied to the desired tweet.

Retweet A Tweet

This step asks the community retweet a tweet. The admin must add the link to the tweet. The bot verifies when the community members has retweeted.

Tweet with a mention or hashtag

This step asks the community to tweet with a desired hashtag, mention, or phrase. The bot verifies when they have tweeted.

Send a message in discord channel

This step enables admins to have the community type a message in a desired channel. The first box is the channel name without the #. The second box selects the message type; this can be left blank.

Data Collection

The Data Collection step uncovers information about the community. The options are as follows:

  • Interests - The interests of the community members

  • Location - The location of the community members

  • Skills - The skills of the community members

In addition to the data collection field, there is a question/prompt that is required that clarifies what the step is asking. For Skills and Interests, a list appears where the options can be listed. There are presets, but unique options can be added by the admin.

Verify Token Holding - Web3 Functionality

The Verify Token Holding step asks the community member to verify they hold an token (ERC-20) or an NFT (ERC-721 or ERC-1155). The amount of token ownership is determined by the "Min. amount to hold." The step is available to the following chains: Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism. Avalanche, and BNB.

The Token ID is required for this step and token IDs can be found on the scan page of the desired chain (example: Etherscan for Ethereum). The Token Name will display in the quest step so the community member can read the desired token or NFT.

Vote on snapshot proposal - Web3 Functionality

This step asks the community to vote on a snapshot proposal. The admin enters a link to the proposal and once the community members votes the bot will verify the vote.

Vote on snapshot space - Web3 Functionality

This step asks the community to vote on any proposal in a snapshot space. The admin enters a link to the snapshot space and the number of times the community members should vote within the space. Once the community members votes within the space the specified number of times the bot will accept the submission.
